As the habit of exercising became ingrained and I started preparing fitness meals, there were some changes in my daily dietary habits. I tried a few fitness meals and kept a recipe that I particularly liked. It's easy to make, and the taste is praiseworthy: Grilled Luncheon Meat with Mixed Vegetables. 1. Brush the bottom of a baking dish with a layer of olive oil, then chop one onion and spread it on the bottom, adding some green peppers for color decoration.

2. Prepare a head of garlic and a can of luncheon meat. Peel the garlic into cloves and slice the luncheon meat.

3. Prepare one potato, half a celtuce, half a carrot, half a king oyster mushroom, two shiitake mushrooms, and cut them into chunks. Place them in a bowl, pour in barbecue sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, and a pinch of salt. Stir well and let it sit for twenty minutes.

4. Take out the various vegetables from the bowl and evenly spread them in a baking dish.

5. Preheat the oven to 210 degrees Celsius, then place the baking dish inside and bake for 20 minutes after preheating for 8-10 minutes.

6. Remove the baking tray, place the luncheon meat on the top layer, and you can brush the surface of the luncheon meat with olive oil. Place it in the oven and bake for 6-8 minutes. Then, remove it from the oven, flip the luncheon meat, and return it to the oven for another 3-5 minutes before taking it out. (I forgot to take photos during the process of putting in the luncheon meat.)
